This Caucus was formed to engage the thinking men and women within our Black Caucus to help promote from within to positions within the ATU. We have been successful with that to a degree, but attainment and equality still lack. We often find ourselves looking through the glass ceiling at opportunity, but not being given the true chance to obtain it.Our membership is comprised of largely black members, but not limited only to blacks but all people of color. We will extend the olive branch 'TO ALL IN UNIONISM'.

Greetings Brothers and Sisters all over the US and Canada…
I’m looking forward to fellowshipping with everyone this May in Atlanta, Georgia at our 44th Annual Black Caucus Convention. I would like to thank President Rodney Blackmon and the Executive Board of Local 732 for co-hosting our conference this year.
Thank you for your support in being re-elected as your President. Thank God we made it through the International elections. Now it’s time to re-unite and move forward with our agenda to grow this caucus by building local chapters. Remember, in this industry there’s power in numbers.
At this conference, we will have great speakers along with informative training and good fun and fellowship.
